Villarrica Traverse - Pucon, Chile

This may be the best hike I have ever done in March/April 2016. It felt like every 5km we were in a completely different landscapes. We walked through fields of rock thrown from the nearby volcanos, the last old growth monkey puzzle forest in the world, sand dunes, and lush bamboo forests. Water was scarce, and hitchhiking back to Pucon was long but the sunsets…. top 5 sunset of my life.
